Brad Thompson - President, Co-Founder
Brad’s background is anchored in decades of consulting for some of the largest consulting firms in the United States. Those firms include former Big-six accounting and consulting firms to the largest human resources consulting firm in the U.S. His experience covers practically all aspects of business as his initial focus was on implementing company-wide operations, accounting and human resources software known as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. From that foundation, Brad assisted companies of all sizes with leadership development, operations management, program management, project management, performance measurement, organizational structures and overall personnel development.
Brad earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Houston and a Masters in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. These two skill sets enable Brad to streamline business operations by using the right level of technology to optimize his clients’ organizations.
Bonnie Thompson - Director, Co-Founder
Bonnie is a seasoned leadership professional with a focus in operations and corporate facility management. Previously she served as the Houston Area Corporate Facility Manager for ExxonMobil. She also served as the Operations Manager for Hewitt Associates, a global human resources consulting firm. She oversees all of the corporate and financial aspects of Epex.
Bonnie also has a heart for the unborn. For almost two decades she has served in various roles for the Pregnancy Assistance Center North in The Woodlands, Texas. EPEX is a strong supporter of PACN.
Bill Dykes- Senior Vice President
Business Development
Bill has been part of the Oil & Gas and Technology community for 40 years. 30 of those years with Occidental Petroleum, initially as a geologist, but most of his career introducing Oxy to new technologies and helping integrate them with business operations. That 30 year period covers a lot of technology, from the introduction of the PC to the internet and social media. Bill was recognized by IBM and Forbes for leading the team that developed one of the first corporate intranets to support HSE assessments worldwide. He also received Oxy's President's award for technology implementation and leading the team that created of one of the first personalized corporate portals. Following his Oxy career he spent five years with a Houston based supply chain business leading international business development and oilfield services. Again he identified and helped implement new technologies in the oil and gas industry. In 2017 Bill joined Epex Solutions to lead business development and continue his commitment to bringing positive change to the Oil & Gas industry.
David Price - Vice President
Technology & Development
David is an experienced software developer in various environments, languages, and technologies. With 14 years of consulting experience for major corporations including AIG, Sogeti, Rowan, Centerpoint, Oxy and others, he designs and builds enterprise solutions using cutting edge technologies, proven best practices and design patterns. David's specialties are planning, implementing and supporting process optimization solutions. He is always looking to make the existing state much better. David's forward-thinking approach to software development is the reason EPEX can be quickly reconfigured to keep current with our client's every changing business processes. David earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
Doug Thompson - Director
Client Relations
Doug has over 30 years of experience in Project Management with a career that has crossed multiple industries. Whether at Dow Chemical, Weatherford International, NASA or the Food and Drug Administration, Doug has always been positioned between Business Operations and Technology as a key contributor in leveraging technology to enhance the overall performance of the organization. Doug has excelled in each of these positions receiving numerous promotions and awards and has brought the same high level of client support and services to his present position. Doug holds a Business degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston and obtained his PMP certification in 2007. Doug joined Epex in 2017 as the Director, Client Services.
Daniel Williamson - Special Advisor
Government and Military Solutions
Daniel is a 13 year Marine Corps veteran with a background in conventional and special operations including technical and operational support, inter-Agency collaboration and application of concepts in a combat environment. Daniel's background also includes business to government sales and business development. Following his Marine Corps service Daniel has been an intelligence and operations consultant for companies seeking to become DoD customers.
